How quickly can you clean an apartment after tenants?
Usually within 2–5 business days of confirming the quote. For urgent deadlines we do our best to accommodate.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
No. Keys are handed over via an authorized person, or we agree on an individual handover.
What is included in the cleaning price?
We always send a clear breakdown in the quote. Basic cleaning covers all rooms, the kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
How does payment work?
After order confirmation we send you a payment link. You pay online, conveniently by card or another common payment method. Regular cleaning is paid in advance for at least 6 months.
Do you clean outside Prague?
Yes, we work in Prague and the surrounding area. For more distant locations we add a transport surcharge, always stated in the quote.
